TGC Episode 55

TGC was all over the gaming map this week. Diemos wraps up the GW2 Living Story Flame and Frost. Scrivean had Gamer's ADD, and Harper plays Neverwinter in Stealth mode.

This week in the World of Warcraft we had lots of alts being played , a few players got together to run LFRs and many confessed their continued love of daily quests and scenarios!
Vodka & Deviled Eggs had a strong week in Throne of Thunder! The team worked through our usual 4 bosses on Tuesday, pausing for awhile to kill as many turtles as the raid had time for. On Thursday heals and dps were strong and we finally downed Megaera after 4 or 5 pulls. Then we moved on to Ji-Kun and got him down to 5% before we ran out of time. We will be heading back in tonight for a short raid to try and finish him!

New Guild Award

Today marked the amazing, most epic Epilogue known to man. After one cool dungeon and a 4 month long journey through Arenanets first attempt at the Living Story it all ended simply by touching a bonfire...
Lol, congrats to Akimyota, Die Knot, Tickleman, Zedaine and Diemos on being the first few "known" on completing all of the Flame and Frost Living Story content. If you have completed all the Flame and Frost achievements let Diemos know and the award will be credited. I look forward to seeing the next story arc, hopefully it will be much better
GTFO Episode 2

Don wonders if games that don't properly manage their economy from the start can ever recover? And if a game with a true Player based economy can survive and thrive in the market today?
Steve jumps in live from the Shelter and admits to some bad habits! He asks how the team thinks gold buying affects the economy? Then the team ponders whether or not gold buying is an acceptable practice for those who just don't have the time to do the grind themselves?
Duane then brings us off the topic of economy, to ask what makes a good raider? For fun and success is skill more important than personality, Are good attitudes the recipe for success, or does it need to be a well balanced machine? What level of douchebaggery are you willing to put up with, from other players, for the sake of progression? Is the Raid Dick a role that is actually needed to succeed?

W.A.R. Guild Wars 2

This week in Guild Wars 2, members of TGC focused on Tournament PvP, the Molten Alliance Weapons Facility, Dungeon Master progression and Guild Missions. Also Aelim worked his way up to Fractal Level 20 earning the guild award and Zedaine has completed all 49 Dungeon experiences earning his Dungeon Master title and guild award.
Throughout the week several members joined the regular crew (Aki, Arwyn and Rehnay) on pushing Meta Events and getting that phat loot. Dungeon Master progress was worked on by completing all paths of HotW Tuesday night and Path 3 of CoE Thursday night. We had good attendance with Friday nights Guild Missions completing the Quaggan Rush(yes Quist, you missed the quaggan race), Tier 3 Treks and Tier 1 Bounties. Several members cycled through our TPvP team throughout the week, crackin' skulls and taking golds! As far as guild progress goes, we earned the 30,000 influence to unlock Art of War level 6 getting us closer to the next available guild mission - Guild Challenges.
Another great week everyone, I look forward to another good week in Guild Wars 2 and I want to encourage all TGC members to participate in Guild Missions on Friday nights. The new dungeon will only be available until May 12th so get your runs in and stock up on Azurite!Click on the images to enlarge
